By downloading or using FinanceTracker (the "App"), you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the App.
FinanceTracker is a tool for tracking personal income and expenses, viewing statistics, and converting currencies. All data is stored locally on your device.
The App, including its spending score and tips, is provided for informational purposes only and does not constitute professional financial, investment, tax, or legal advice. Exchange rates are reference values from a third-party source and may not match rates used by banks or payment providers. You are responsible for decisions you make based on the App.
The App offers an auto-renewable monthly Premium subscription that unlocks full access. The price is shown in the App before purchase. An introductory free trial may be offered to eligible new subscribers.
You agree not to misuse the App, attempt to reverse engineer it except where permitted by law, or use it for any unlawful purpose.
The App is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee that exchange rates, calculations, or availability will be error-free or uninterrupted.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the App.
We may update these Terms. Continued use of the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
Use of the App is also subject to Apple's Licensed Application End User License Agreement.

Приложение предлагает автопродлеваемую месячную подписку Premium для полного доступа. Цена показывается до покупки. Подходящим новым пользователям может предлагаться бесплатный пробный период.
Вы соглашаетесь не злоупотреблять Приложением и не использовать его в незаконных целях.
Приложение предоставляется «как есть», без каких-либо гарантий. Мы не гарантируем безошибочность курсов, расчётов или бесперебойную доступность.
В максимально допустимой законом степени мы не несём ответственности за любой косвенный или сопутствующий ущерб, связанный с использованием Приложения.
Мы можем обновлять эти Условия. Продолжение использования после публикации изменений означает согласие с обновлёнными Условиями.
Использование Приложения также регулируется стандартным лицензионным соглашением Apple.
